Bluem Jobs is a service for registered nurses and APRNs who are looking for a permanent position in an acute care hospital setting. We can assist those looking for full time, part time and per-diem positions.
Bluem is a free platform for nurses to use. This may raise questions as to how we are making ends meet and we want to be transparent about that. Bluem charges hospitals a fee for placement services. These fees help (1) keep the website, ratings and results up and running and (2) us bring on more people to help us with the Bluem mission. Additionally, 5% of proceeds will be dedicated to nursing advocacy. We will increase this amount as we are able to.
To kick things off, simply fill out our Interest Form. It's quick and helps us understand exactly what you're looking for. Right after you complete it, we'll send you an email packed with all the information you need to know about our services. Plus, you'll find out who your assigned Bluem matchmaker is. They'll be your go-to person for finding those perfect job opportunities that match your personal priorities and goals. Get ready for a tailored job search experience like no other!
We will tailor the process to your needs. We aim to have nurses placed within their optimal position based on personal priorities within 30 days but this can vary. The goal is to find you the best match and make sure you're happy.
